Before you book
We meet
It starts with a conversation, at our Roselle Park studio or online. Tell us about your day, your families and what matters most to you. We'll send a proposal built around your real timeline, not a package pulled off a shelf. When it feels right, a signed agreement and a 30% retainer reserve your date.

Your engagement session
A practice run in front of the camera
Most couples tell us they don't feel natural on camera. An engagement session changes that. We show you how to stand, where to look and how to forget the lens is there, so by your wedding day, working with us already feels familiar. Many couples use these photos for their save-the-dates and welcome sign.

About three months out
We plan together
This is our planning meeting, timed with your second payment. We walk through your day hour by hour, build your family photo list, and talk through your traditions, a first look, and anything sensitive in the family we should know about. Then we coordinate directly with your planner and venue, so on the day no one is guessing.

The final weeks
We confirm every detail
Before the wedding, we confirm every location, every transition and every family group, and you'll know exactly who from our team will be there. Your contract is with Mario and me, the owners, and one of us is personally part of your wedding.

We arrive early, quietly and fully prepared.
Our day usually starts with the details and the getting ready. For portraits we guide you, so posing feels quick and natural, then we step back when a moment needs room to happen. Family photos move fast because your list was built months ago. Our photographers and videographers have worked side by side for years, so no one blocks a shot during your vows or your first dance.

After the wedding
Your gallery and your film
Every photo and every second of film is backed up in at least two places from the moment it's captured. Your edited photo gallery arrives in about 2 to 4 weeks, online and easy to share.
Your wedding film takes 9 to 15 weeks, and summer weddings sit at the longer end. Depending on your collection, you'll receive a Highlight film to share, a full-length Movie with your ceremony, vows and speeches, or both. You see everything first, and we make the changes you need.

Heirlooms in hand
The part your family will keep
Our work isn't finished until your story is printed. We design your album page by page around your day, you approve every spread, and it's produced through professional labs that aren't open to the public. Then we meet one last time to place it in your hands.

Greek, Indian and Jewish ceremonies, and families who celebrate in English and Spanish.
Greek Orthodox weddings
The crowning, the common cup and the Dance of Isaiah. We know where to stand in the church, and when to stay still.
Indian weddings
The baraat, the mandap rituals and every family group, planned around each ceremony so nothing is missed.
Jewish weddings
The ketubah signing, the bedeken, the chuppah and the hora, timed around tradition and never rushed.
We work in English and Spanish, so your grandparents are spoken to directly, in the language that feels like home.

Before your day
Planning questions for your NJ wedding photographer
What will your team wear?
Black, dressy and comfortable. We blend in with your guests and the venue staff, and step forward only when a moment calls for it.
How long do family photos take?
Less time than most couples expect. Your family list is built at our planning meeting and we call each group in order, so portraits move quickly and you get back to your celebration.
Should we do a first look?
That's entirely your call. A first look gives you more portrait time and can get you to your own cocktail hour. Keeping the aisle as the first time you see each other protects that reaction. We'll plan the day around whichever you choose.
What happens if it rains?
We plan covered and indoor portrait spots at your venue ahead of time, and we bring our own lighting, so your photos still look beautiful. Some of our favorite images were made under an umbrella.
Our venue needs a certificate of insurance. Can you send it?
Yes. We carry professional liability insurance and send the certificate directly to your venue.
Can our photos stay private?
Yes. Just tell us at the planning meeting. We've photographed private celebrations for public figures, and discretion is part of how we work.
