Why this matters

Your credentials are not what they are deciding on

Every practice within five miles has the degrees, the equipment and the promise of gentle, attentive care. None of that is what a patient weighs. They decide whether your office looks like a place they would be comfortable sitting in for an hour — and they decide it while scrolling, long before anyone reads a bio.

Stock photography of a model in a treatment chair tells them nothing. Your rooms, your front desk and your providers tell them everything — and one production day fills a Google Business Profile, a website and a year of posts.

Proof · Practice launch

Harmony Smiles, Roselle Park

A brand-new dental practice opening with no patient base and no content library. Two production days — one quiet, one loud — produced the rooms, the provider portraits, the opening, a brand film and a year of short-form video. The photography existed before the first patient searched for them.

“What stood out most was their storytelling approach. The final content beautifully captures the welcoming atmosphere we've worked so hard to create and helps patients get to know our practice before they even walk through the door.”

Proof · Editorial

Photographed for PracticeLink Magazine

A physician portrait session, made outdoors rather than in an office. The frames ran in PracticeLink Magazine — the national publication physicians read when they are weighing their next practice. Editorial work carries a weight a website headshot does not: an outside publication put its name beside the picture.

What you get

What one production day covers

The rooms

Treatment rooms, reception, waiting area, exterior and signage — horizontal and vertical from the same setup.

Provider and team portraits

Every provider in three crops, a full team frame, and individual portraits for the front desk and clinical staff.

A brand film

A short film for the homepage and YouTube, cut from the same day rather than a separate production.

Vertical clips

Short-form cuts sized for Instagram, TikTok and Shorts, delivered the same week so there is something to post immediately.

Opening or milestone coverage

Ribbon cuttings, anniversaries, new locations and staff additions — covered candidly, the way we cover an event.

A Google Business Profile set

A separated, sequenced upload set in the right dimensions so the profile looks complete immediately.

How a practice starts with us

01

A conversation

Tell us what you are opening, refreshing or launching. We will tell you plainly what matters first and what can wait.

02

A walkthrough

We look at the space, the light and the signage before the shoot, so nothing is a surprise and nothing has to be redone.

03

The day, then delivery

We bring our own lighting and work around a schedule that is already full. Galleries, film and vertical cuts come back named and sized for where they are going.

Medical and dental office photography in New Jersey — questions we get

What does medical and dental office photography in New Jersey cost?

It depends on how much of the practice you need covered and whether film is part of it — a single provider adding portraits is a different job from a full practice launch across two production days. We quote after a short conversation, so you are not paying for coverage you don't need.

Do we have to close the practice for the shoot?

No. For a new practice we shoot before patients start, which is the easiest version. For an established practice we work around the schedule and photograph each room between appointments.

How do you handle patient privacy?

No patient appears in a frame without written permission, and we do not photograph charts, screens or anything identifying. When a practice wants treatment images, we use a staff member or a consenting volunteer rather than a real appointment — that is how the chairside frames on this page were made.

What kinds of practices do you work with?

Dental and medical practices, specialists, med spas, physical therapy and chiropractic — and individual physicians who need editorial portraits for a publication or a speaking profile.

Do we get images sized for our Google Business Profile?

Yes. Google rewards profiles with real, recent, correctly sized photos, so we deliver a separate upload set with a suggested order. Our client photography has passed 50 million views across Google Maps, so this is not an afterthought for us.

What parts of New Jersey do you cover?

All of it, and New York City. We are based in Union County and work regularly across Essex, Middlesex, Hudson, Bergen, Monmouth and Somerset.

Opening or refreshing a practice in New Jersey?

Tell us your date. Even if it is months out, that is the right time to talk — the photography has to exist before the first patient searches for you.
