Fate had its way of unmasking love, though. A few months later, while walking down the street, Franz saw Vanessa without her mask for the first time and took the chance to ask her on a date. Their relationship snowballed into something extraordinary, from a lunch and a movie to a lifetime of love.

Franz’s proposal was just as magical as their story. On a trip to Mount Royal Park in Montreal, the rain cleared as they climbed the trail, revealing breathtaking city views. As the sun illuminated the moment, Franz asked Vanessa to marry him, and she said yes. Their relationship is a blend of laughter, balance, and shared joy, and it was clear that their wedding day would reflect all these beautiful qualities.
