Who you're hiring

One in-house team, led by the owners

I'm Ivone. Mario and I have run MC Productions out of Roselle Park for more than twenty years.

Mario is a PPA Master of Photography and leads the camera work. I handle production planning and brand storytelling — making sure what we shoot matches what you actually need to publish. Our videographers, editors and retouchers are our own staff, not freelancers booked for your date, and one of us is on site leading the day. We work in English and Spanish.

Your marketing team shouldn't have to be your production team

Most companies I talk to aren't short on stories. They're short on the hours and the equipment to turn those stories into content.

You have the strategy, the channels, the events on the calendar and the people with something to say. What's missing is a system that produces the video and photography consistently, in one visual voice, fast enough to still matter when it posts. That's the part we become.

Brand films we produced start to finish

The content day

Brand photography and video production in one day

We come in once, shoot everything while your people are already in one place, and one production day becomes a quarter of content.

What we shoot in a day

A leadership interview · Brand and workplace photography · B-roll of the work actually happening · Team headshots while everyone is in one place · Candid and behind-the-scenes coverage · Product, facility or campus imagery

What you receive

A brand film, 60–90 seconds · Vertical videos for LinkedIn and Instagram · Short social clips, captioned · Executive portraits and team headshots · Website and sales photography · Spanish-language versions on request

Social-first

Cut from the same production days. Sized, captioned and ready to post — nothing for your team to rebuild.

How corporate video production works with us

01

We talk

A content call, 30 minutes

What you're publishing now, who makes it, where it breaks down, and which channels are starving.

02

We plan

A shot plan you approve

Built around a real goal — enrollment, recruiting, a launch, a referendum. Nobody picks up a camera before you've seen it.

03

We produce

One day on site

Mario or I lead it personally, with our own crew. We work quietly around your day instead of stopping it.

04

We deliver

Clips first, library second

Social cutdowns reach you while the moment is still current. The full edited library follows, organised and named for where it posts.

05

We keep going

Booked ahead, not scrambled

Most clients move to a standing production day, so content sits on the calendar instead of on someone's to-do list.

A second audience

Employer branding video and recruitment content

The people you are trying to hire are watching the same channels as the clients you are trying to win.

Most companies document what they sell and never document what it is like to work there. We produce that side too — recruitment video, culture and team content, leadership on camera, and the internal pieces your staff will actually watch. For school districts this is the same work pointed at families: enrollment, referendum communications and community trust, in English and Spanish.

What stood out most was their storytelling approach. The final content beautifully captures the welcoming atmosphere we've worked so hard to create and helps patients get to know our practice before they even walk through the door. The photos and videos feel authentic and truly represent Harmony Smiles.

After the shoot

What performed, and what we shoot next

Production that never looks at results is just spending. We close the loop.

With ongoing clients we review what the content actually did — which videos held attention, which posts drove profile visits and enquiries, which formats your audience ignored — and we let that decide the next shot plan. Over a few quarters that turns a content calendar into something that compounds. If you already have an analytics team, we work to their reporting instead of duplicating it.

Why companies keep us on

01

Photo and video from one crew

The stills and the film look like one brand because they came from the same team on the same day.

02

One team, every time

The people who scope your production are the people who shoot it. By the third day they know your brand without being told, and there is no account manager in between.

03

Ready for procurement

Certified SBE, MWBE and SEDB, fully insured, and used to public bids, RFPs and institutional paperwork.

04

We are the engine, not your agency

We work behind your marketing team, your PR firm or your agency — and white-label for agencies that need production capacity.

05

You own the library

Commercial usage is included and written into the agreement before the shoot. Full-resolution files, logo-free versions of films, and a licence that does not expire.

How corporate clients start with us

Every project is scoped on a call, because the right answer depends on what you are publishing and where. Here are the three shapes it usually takes.

Most start here

A single content day

One structured production day — photo and video, planned around a goal, delivered as a full library of assets. No commitment past the one day.

Ongoing

A standing production day

Quarterly or monthly, planned against your calendar so content is scheduled instead of scrambled. Priority scheduling for your events.

Project

A campaign or a mandate

A launch, a recruitment push, an enrollment season, a bond referendum. Built around a date and an outcome, designed backward from it.

Not sure which of these fits? Tell us what you need to publish this quarter and we'll walk you through the options and what the investment looks like.

Questions marketing teams ask

What does corporate video production include?

Corporate video production covers the whole arc — planning, filming, editing and delivering the video and photography a company publishes: brand films, leadership interviews, social cutdowns, event coverage and team portraits. It is the function an in-house content creator or production department would handle, provided by an outside team instead of a hire.

How is this different from hiring an influencer?

An influencer brings an audience. We bring production capability and your brand's consistency. The content we make lives on your channels, in your voice, and you hold the commercial rights to all of it.

How do you scope and quote a corporate video project?

On a 30-minute call. We ask what you are publishing now, who makes it, how often, where the bottleneck is, and which channels need content. Then we build the production around that goal and send you a written scope covering deliverables, usage and timeline before anything is booked.

Do you replace our marketing agency?

No. We are the production engine behind whoever runs your marketing, and we work alongside internal teams, PR firms and agencies. We also white-label for agencies that need production capacity. Businesses with no marketing team usually want our local visibility service instead, which covers strategy and publishing as well as production.

Who owns the content, and can we run ads with it?

You do. Commercial usage is included, so the video and photography can run on your website, in email, on social and in paid campaigns. Usage terms are written into the agreement before the shoot.

How long until we get the content back?

Social cutdowns come first, while the moment is still current, so your team can publish without waiting. The full edited library follows, organised and named for the channels it posts on. Rush turnaround is available for events and campaigns.

Do you film interviews with proper audio?

Always. Every interview is recorded with dedicated lavalier or shotgun microphones rather than camera audio. In an office or a plant — hard surfaces, HVAC, equipment noise — that is the difference between a film someone watches to the end and one they scroll past with the sound off.

What areas do you produce in?

Our studio is in Roselle Park, and we produce throughout New Jersey and the New York metro area. We travel for multi-site clients.
