On a winter day at the Celery Farm in Allendale, Matt planned the ultimate surprise proposal. With the help of his brother and sister-in-law, he transformed the frozen pond into a romantic backdrop — complete with decorations and a setup on the ice. What started as a casual “let’s go ice skating” turned into the moment that would change their lives forever.

Together, Marisa and Matt describe their relationship as fun and adventurous — filled with travel, laughter, and time spent with loved ones. 

When it came time to choose their wedding venue, Brooklake Country Club immediately felt like home. The warm, family atmosphere and the stunning outdoor views sealed the decision.
